Glamping and Camping in Kent Code

Our Glamping site is for everyone so please read our code of conduct.

  • We ask that you checkout by 10.00Hrs for Glamping for turnaround time and 12.00Hrs for Camping at latest.
  • No amplified or live music is allowed on site. This includes bluetooth speakers, ipod docks and stereos.
  • No anti- social behaviour that may intrude on the enjoyment of other guests or neighbours.
  • Please supervise children at all times.
  • No publicly audible sound between the hour's of 22.30 and 08.00. Guidance being that general good natured conversation after this time is acceptable but shouting, singing and raised voices is not.
  • No smoking / cooking inside the accommodation, kitchen / toilet buildings.
  • Only named persons booked into accommodation at reception are allowed on site. Please do not invite visitors to site.
  • Before leaving the site please ensures that you leave the equipment provided clean and dry and in the correct accommodation.
  • Please use the bins and recycling area provided.
  • Do not use any fireworks / sparklers or Chinese lanterns.
  • Personal BBQ’s are permitted however they can only be used raised of the ground and at Glamping Camping in Kent's discretion. Please place these and any cold ashes in the metal bin provided. Hot ashes will start a fire If there is any unburnt coals/wood in the bin.
  • Fires are only allowed in the fire pits provided. Please only use the logs supplied by the site. If you run out of logs more can be purchased from reception. Do not remove wood from the neighbouring hedges or woodland.
  • Any evidence of drug use discovered during or after your stay will be reported to the police.
  • Vehicles must be driven responsible at all times around the campsite, at no more than 5MPH
  • Vehicles when unloaded must be parked up the top.
  • When return to site in the evening please be mindful of other guest regarding headlights and door closing.
  • Vehicles must not be allowed to tick over, or the revving of engines when stationary
  • Vehicles are parked at owners risk we except no responsibility for loss or damage
